Ian Weintraub

Ian Weintraub’s experience in both talent representation and branded content drives his unique approach in the development of celebrity partnerships and branded entertainment campaigns.   As Vice President of Marketing at Limelight Media, Ian leverages is background in talent and brand representation to help achieve client goals that effectively communicate the campaign message and engage consumers.   Ian uses his experience from both sides of the aisle to manage client relationships with talent and entertainment properties to ensure lasting and effective partnerships.

 

Ian started his career at top-tier talent agency ICM, where he learned the ins-and-out of servicing clients and negotiating deals from the legendary talent agent, Jack Gilardi.  During his tenure at ICM, he worked with A-list talent, such as Dennis Hopper, Sylvester Stallone, and Shirley MacLaine.

Taking the skills and knowledge he acquired at ICM, Ian went to UPP Entertainment Marketing, shifting his focus from talent to brand representation.  Over seven years at UPP, Ian championed numerous ground breaking branded entertainment programs.  As Director of Branded Integration, he was responsible for Waste Management’s integration in the premiere episode of CBS’ Undercover Boss and Jockey’s multi-year endorsement partnership with celebrity stylist, Rachel Zoe.   Ian also developed successful onscreen placement and influencer engagement programs for Samsung, TaylorMade-adidas, Motorola, Lexus, and P&G.

 

Currently, Ian oversees Limelight Media’s East Coast office, expanding the company’s reach and ability to service clients’ ever growing needs.  His role spans from identifying talent to developing and negotiating program parameters, and managing the brand/talent relationships throughout the life of the partnership.

 

Ian lives in Montclair, NJ and spends his free time cleaning up after his baby Charlie, dog Leo, and wife April.
